As the holiday season rolls around, so too does the new year, and with it the time to lookback and reflect on what we have achieved this year before we plan the next.
Late 2024, Doris Archer Motorsport launched with a team of 8 passionate people behind it. Every single one of these individuals has shown incredible commitment, ambition, and talent in our first few months of operation. Without them, the team would not be what it is, and they all deserve an endless amount of thanks for their work this year.
This team of 8 includes our two founders and current drivers, Mel Higgins and Lee Kenealy. Both have achieved so much with the creation of this team in 2024, both on-track and off it. They have provided us with incredible results, an amazing network, and phenomenal opportunities.
Katrina Muhsin, Laura Evans, Leah Halsey, Sasha Wynn, and Doris Archer Motorsport’s Media Partners Abraham Fernández and Harriet Bluett, also make up the current team. All 6 have been with the team since launch, and contributed significantly to its operation over the last few months, in their own individual departments.
Our short first season consisted of 3 races, and many track days in-between. Many thanks to Castle Combe Circuit, Oulton Park, and Silverstone for hosting us at the races we attended; as well as Castle Combe Circuit for having us during track days.
Doris Archer Motorsport also forged important partnerships this year.
Abraham Fernández, and HD Media run by Harriet Bluett, are our highly valued Media Partners that act as team photographers on race weekends and track days. Both work closely with the team and are always a joy to bring on board, and are truly considered a part of the Doris Archer Motorsport family.
We also partnered this year with Ninety2 Automotive, who works with us to provide both our team and our supporters with high-quality merchandise.
Doris Archer Motorsport extends our sincerest thanks to all of our 2024 partners, and we would love to also express our excitement at continuing these partnerships into the new year.
This year we were also privileged to become an Approved Supplier for Powerflex. As a team, we are extremely aware of the importance of vehicle health, so it’s been a privilege to have this opportunity to supply products from a brand we not only truly believe in but holds such prestige in the industry, and we look forward to continuing into 2025 as an Approved Supplier for Powerflex.
Next year, Doris Archer Motorsport will begin it’s first full year of operation, and with it, it’s first full race season. Everyone at the team is looking extremely forward to a very busy and equally as exciting next 12 months, post a well-earned holiday season break.
