Doris Archer Motorsport was founded with the core belief that Motorsport belongs to everyone; and it can be both affordable, and enjoyable.

As a team, our focus is on making racing attainable to those with the passion and the skill for it. Our guiding principles of honesty, transparency, and supportiveness; alongside financial accessibility, are what allow us to make that happen.

Racing with us means we do the utmost to make sure your racing career is as fun and simple as it is successful; supporting our athletes on and off track, from start to finish.

It’s not always cost-effective to buy and maintain your own race car, transport it to events, bring a team with you on the day to work on it, and make sure that you, as the driver, focus on the one thing you are there to do – which is race. Doris Archer Motorsport aims to provide these services and more, to make the race weekend as simple and beneficial as possible for the drivers.

What the team provides:

A car, at a reduced cost to the driver in comparison to most teams thanks to using older model vehicles.
Mechanical support at each race day, or weekend.
Full paddock support is also provided, as well as a sheltered base for the day.

Career support, including supporting drivers to get their ARDS licence (if they don’t already have it)

Our Process

We want this to be as simple and stress-free as possible – racing is made to be fun after all! That’s why throughout this entire process, you’ll work closely with the team to ensure you get the most out of your racing experience.

Complete at least one track/experience day with us to meet the team, try the car, and show us what you’re made of – we want to see you drive! While you must attend at least one of these, they can be attended as many times as you’d like to familiarise yourself with the vehicle.
It’s time to get your ARDS licence, if you don’t already have one. Don’t worry, the team will happily support you through this process too.
Select what races and/or championships you want to participate in – you might race with us in a few races, or sign for a full championship season. The team will support you fully in this process as well, helping you to make the most of your money by choosing the races/championships that provide the best racing for minimal cost to you.
Sign driver contracts and pay your deposit (in case of any damage) for the car you’ll be driving and your first race rental.
The bit you’ve been waiting for – turn up on the race weekend, and let’s go racing!
