Team Analysis
It’s been a fantastic weekend. While we are of course disappointed to have it cut short, we understand the safety issues the weather presented and support the decision to cancel our second race. The results from Race 1 have us immensely pleased with the weekend regardless – the car was perfect and Lee performed extremely well this weekend, particularly for a track he has no prior experience driving. He made immense improvements throughout the day, improving from his qualifying time of 2:12.393 by 4 seconds during the last lap of the race. It was a good round for the team.

I’m overall happy with the weekend. Good results in the first race, P20 to P15. It’s a great track, I’ve felt positive all weekend about my performance and I’ve had a great time learning to race here. It’s definitely a driver’s track. Provided some fantastic battles throughout with another competitor as well. After improving so much from Quali in Race 1. Feeling a bit gutted to not have the opportunity to follow up that performance in a second race, but it’s not safe. Good weekend overall though, quite happy with it.
